A thorny subject, I know. I have to say though that I’ve never bought into the idea that there is a contradiction between being wealthy and being spiritual or religious. For me wealth and spirituality go hand in hand. How is it possible that the intention was for us to be financially bankrupt and spiritually wealthy – it seems to me that these two concepts are the ones that are in conflict with each other?

Creator has promised a New Covenant for His people. When will this covenant be given to mankind? The time is very near.

What do you believe? Do you believe there is a God? Do you believe there is an omnipotent other worldly divine spirit? Do you believe that there is a life beyond our shell on earth? Do you believe that all things have a soul? Do you believe that Jesus, Mohammad, Buddha, Moses, L. Ron Hubbard, Joseph Smith, the Dali Lama and many others were prophets, bringers of miracles and spiritual news?

This article helps you recognize whether something is a coincidence or a sign from the universe. It includes two real-life examples where I noticed signs from the universe that helped me move forward.

Recently our pastors decided to share their journeys with the Lord by developing a series of talks around this theme: “If I could tell you one thing.” Retracing segments of their walks with Jesus, we joined them as they stopped at various places and invited us into their worlds. In this article, I share the one thing I would relate.

The Christian Life is like a journey with many hazards along the road and it is important that spiritual leaders teach these truths so that people may be adequately and fully warned. Jesus took time to speak about these issues. As we travel we need signposts – and Jesus gives us the signposts we need. Jesus warns us of what could hinder us – or even bring us to a halt.

Do you know what the purpose of your life is? Do you recognize the voice of your calling? Yeah, I know, it sounds pretty strange. But the truth is that our calling does speak. The problem most of the time is that we don’t recognize the language. This teaching will help you identify and clarify the call that God has placed upon your life.

I was in the car on the way to work today and musing, as I often do, about who all these people were in traffic around me and where the heck they were going. I have often been fascinated by the idea that, like me, everyone else on or in the road has a life, a past, a future, is late, can’t stand their job, can’t wait to get to their job, has a dead cell phone on the charger at home..

There are certain sports that I have always loved, and certain others that I have little, or no interest in watching or in being a participant. As a person who is attempting to live a lifestyle based on Buddhist Belief, there is a fact about sports that pushes my Buddhist buttons a bit. That fact is that in most sports, there has to be a winner and a loser.

Don’t let the brevity of these comments fool you. They are a gold mine in terms of value in our lives. These four disciplines — when reflected and acted upon –will continually propel us in the direction of living a life of excellence. And… As we focus on the Person of Jesus Christ as our model, motivation and strength while striving to put these disciplines into practice, we can’t help but grow in the realization of what it means to be a person of excellence for Christ.

God’s desire is to hide us from the judgment that is coming upon the earth (Isaiah 26:20, 21). I don’t understand why so many think that God wants to harm His people and not remove them from this coming wickedness that is fast approaching the earth.
