Psychotherapy As a Vehicle to Spirituality
Psychotherapy as the vehicle for spirituality is about healing the wounds of our egoist nature by unlearning our subconscious miss-beliefs, and becoming more conscious of that which sabotages our journey. This consciousness allows us to embrace the detached perspective of witnessing. The only way to do this is to discern the empowered stance of the witness from the acting out personality of our ego. Once we accomplish this we are free to engage the play of life and learn our lessons without getting caught up in the script. This facilitates empowerment, wisdom, and living in our divine self.
