The premise of my article is that as humans we take an egocentric view of how God works for us and against everyone one else to suit our needs. Can it be possible that this thought process is erroneous? why would God choose one person over another? From an egocentric point of view is only reason we can think that God would have favor over any one person for any reason.

1John 4:7-21 teaches us all about God and his perfect love for us. Since God is love, how is this love reflected in our Christian walk. When you look in your inner self, do you see yourself loving like our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that he that loves not does not know God.

The premise of my article is that Jesus and his teaching are not any different than a lot of new age teaching today. He taught using parables and figurative speech. Because of his style he was misunderstood by his disciples and subsequently misunderstood by the world.
