The Promise of Universal Love

Universal Love is mostly used to mean the unconditional love we ought to have for all creatures but Universal Love is also used as the name for the Universal Spirit or God, as well as the unconditional love we enjoy by just being born. Confucius once taught that we should love other people but he did not believe that we should love all people equally. For Confucius, we should love our family members more than others. However Mozi, founder of Mohism argued in favor of universal love, because it is the highest virtue. It is natural to love those that we know more than those that we do not know but that is not the purpose of Universal Love. Join me and explore the faces of Universal Love.

A Universal Spiritual Vision

A Universal Spiritual Vision is a vision in which I am my brother’s keeper irrespective of his religious beliefs; I take care of others irrespective of their race, color or nationality; the knowledge of GOD is everywhere but according to the understanding and experiences of the people; we share a universal message of GOD that appeals to all people, we promote only scriptures that unite us; and we encourage all cultures to write their own sacred texts. The basic ideas of a Universal Spiritual Vision actually stem from religious pluralism. Religious pluralism is the doctrine that all cultures have experienced GOD; the images of GOD are different from culture to culture; no culture has an exclusive right on GOD; and we don’t need to spread our brand of GOD to other cultures because GOD is everywhere. I believe that the vision is already here only that the people are still committed to their old ways of thinking. Join me and let us work toward a Universal Spiritual reality.

The Promise of Life After Death

Life after Death is the proposition that we live after we die in a different form. Does life really continue after death? Do you believe in life after death? Do you disbelief life after death? What does your religion teach about life after death? In Buddhism for example if you do not attain Nirvana, (that is, becoming one with the Universe), you could be reborn into any of 6 possible states in a descending order including Heaven, Earth (Human Being), Asura, Hungry Ghost, Animals and Hell. What does your religion teach about life after death? What does it tell you about human thought if different religions teach different ideas about life after death? Are there other teachings about life after death besides the religions? Join me and explore this amazing subject from different perspectives.

A Moment to Pause… The Present Moment

Ancient Eastern philosophers discovered through millennia of observing and meditating that we live in two very different worlds simultaneously. This belief is now apparent as reality presented by theories in Quantum physics. The material world of name and form, which we experience with our five sense perceptions, is a manifested, finite world of complex fluctuations.

Rooted in Peace

Inner peace leads to outer peace. Our personal attitude of peace is a joint principle of non-harming (ahimsa) and acceptance of others. The only path to this mindset is Love. While fear, hatred, and violence are infectious, so is peace. The surest way toward a peaceful world, is for each of us to manifest our own presence of peace.

The Biggest Worship

The love for Allah is the “light of the faith”. As belief progresses, a person is freed from his passions and addictions caused by the ego’s whim. The love and passion for Allah is a source of mercy and goodness that controls all harmful passions of the nafs. It can be accomplished by obeying orders of Allah (swt) and remembering Him as much as possible. Remembering Allah (dhikr) is so important that, it is ordered in Qur’an: “Remembrance of Allah is the greatest (thing in life)” Dhikr is the easiest but the most fructuous worship.

When Good Things Happen to Bad People – 6 Explanations

Why do good things happen to bad people? The reasons for these seemingly unfair situations vary, but below are some possible explanations.

The Purpose of Pain (Hosea 6:1-2)

For centuries Christians have believed that the Bible is the Word of God. And so I’m fascinated by the way the Bible describes itself.

What Is the Unpardonable Sin? (Mark 3:22-30)

In Mark 3:22-30 we read about an encounter between Jesus and the leaders of first century Judaism. Jesus was in Galilee, traveling from town to town, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, teaching the Word of God, and demonstrating his divine power by healing the sick and driving out demons.

Why Religious Organisations Don’t Acknowledge Reincarnation

To remember something as important as reincarnation and then to have it erased from one’s mind is a nasty consequence of religious brainwashing. Fortunately, in my case, that didn’t happen as a different language to parents helped keep it fresh.

The Perfect Prayer For Healing

Almost daily I read of someone who is requesting prayer for healing. Many Christians actually believe God is glorified in their testimony as they take on the challenge of acceptance. God is not glorified in sickness. To accept a lie is to accept defeat. It is written in Revelation 12: 9: “the devil deceives the whole world.” God’s word is specific and clear when it comes to what is available to the church today. What can you do when it comes to healing?
