This is both a guide and a challenge for you to receive some real, powerful benefits from meditation in just 30 days. The goal of the challenge is this; practice these tasks every day, for half an hour, for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days you should be able to perform a very interesting ‘trick’. The trick involves producing heat at will in the palm of your hand. By the end of the 30 days you will try focus energy onto your palm, place it over someone’s arm and they should feel warmth, and possibly the sensation that someone is touching them, even though you are not.

As the holiday season draws near, so do the opportunities to indulge ourselves in the most wonderful ways! Feasts and celebrations, good food with good friends, parties, shopping, spending, giving, shopping some more, partying some more… you know the routine. Some of us look forward to it all year, especially the part where we allow ourselves to indulge more than usual.

The immense size of our universe can only speak of God’s wonderful creation. Imagine the closest star next to our solar system which is called Alpha Centauri, is four light years away. That is a very far distance because light travels at 186,300 miles (299,820 km) and if we can travel constantly at that speed, it will take more than four years to reach it.

Faith, like courage, is not the absence of fear, but the conforming of fear to a usable output. But faith, like courage, has different strengths, and perhaps this way it can be likened to something we can thicken, resembling, perhaps, what it might be like in achieving faith like the proverbial hide on a rhinoceros.

Faithfulness is the ability to stick to a task and complete it. It is a virtue that has numerous rewards which have been highlighted in this article.

As Christians we understand that we are made in the image of God. In Genesis, the first books of the bible, chapter 1 verse 27 reads: “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” But what does this mean?

The Bible clearly states that Jesus is real, that he was born to a virgin and that he ultimately dies for our sins. But then, since Jesus is key to the Christian faith we would expect the bible to tell us that Jesus is real, it wouldn’t make sense otherwise.
