A very special bond often exists between a grandson and his grandfather. As grandparents, we may go through life and not realize how profoundly we impact our grandchildren until one day a word is spoken and that which has been held captive in the heart is revealed. One such moment recently brought a proud smile to my husband’s face and wrapped his heart in the bonds of a very special love.

Jonahs’ life represents the many obstacles that life can bring. You might have experienced a set back, or feel like a failure but these things are temporary and God’s plans and purposes are not altered by our current situation. God has not forgotten you, he has not abandoned ship!

When thinking about how you create your reality, you want to include an exploration of your view of spirituality. Have you ever stopped to think, define, what Spirituality means to you? What does that word mean for you? I can’t tell you what it means for you. I can only know what it means for me.

For several years during the most challenging and painful stage of my cult recovery, I had a recurring dream about the guru who had controlled me for so long. In the dream I would bump into the cult leader somewhere (a shop, a restaurant, at the zoo) and she would confront me about what a huge mistake I’d made by leaving her and how my life was ruined because I’d forsaken her. The location for the dream would vary from night to night, and the words my guru used to harrange me changed as well. But one thing was always the same.

The Original Writers of the Holy Scriptures were scholars acutely tuned to the Mind of God. (2nd Peter 1:21, 2nd Timothy 3:16) Many of the scholars who translated the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures into English were not acquainted with the Inner Teaching. Those scholars who were acquainted with the Higher Sciences deliberately tried to conceal the Keys.

Everybody dreams. Dream images are sometimes vivid and exciting, sometimes terrifying, often bizarre. When we awaken, unless we attend to it immediately, the content disappears.

Isn’t it amazing how hardships can give us strength, courage, open our hearts, bring families closer together and teach us about blessing others? Believe me with God all things are possible!

Sometimes we see people who appear to carry darkness within them. They lash out in anger without any apparent reason.

So many of our children and even our adults, are feeling lost today. They don’t feel like they belong. They feel like they are floating in the wind, without any gravity to ground them. There is nothing for them to hang on to that will keep them from just floating away like a feather in the breeze. They’re scared!

There are a few important additions that I wanted to make to my last two articles concerning illness. I had told you that a specific illness will tend to give hints as to the nature of the defective beliefs that could cause that illness and that the illness would tend to symbolically mimic the inner source condition that is causing the problem. I also told you that it was not as easy as it may sound rooting out the causes of illness, but it is easier if the illness is well defined. You simply cannot ignore a cancer, tumor or major affliction and I made some suggestions as to what to look for. But there other subtle kinds of less conspicuous illness which are minor in comparison, but which can be a real pain, if you will forgive the pun.

Let’s face it, our family is probably one of the most important things to us. As parents, we raise our children, to the best of our ability and for the most part, usually succeed in the process. Now, what about finding the truth and truly bringing your family to God. Most parents simply believe and never question their religious or spiritual beliefs.
