As Bubba, Pup-Pup and I were taking our morning walk, we came across a crab. The crab was walking to the river. It slowly made its way to the curb, and then into the roadway.

As long as there is hope, there will be despair. As long as there is experience, there will be death. Yet fervently we seek both.

There are two ways to bring order and discipline in this world. The first method is the use of physical power by which one can subjugate less powerful people and ensure compliance. However, the use of physical power always creates hatred that destroys the man. The same goal can, however, be achieved by the use of Soul-Power that creates love and compassion and make the other person do the work voluntarily.

What is it about our internal darkness that makes us desire to hide in its perceived safety? The natural need for acceptance coupled with the realization that we are unacceptable is a good place to start this journey.

We all find ourselves in the darkness sometimes. Discovering the reasons for our internal darkness will free us.

Just how powerful are our thoughts? Can they actually create the world around us?
