God exists or not was, is and will remain an useless and time wasting controversy but if there is no concept of God there will be chaos all around. A certain fear of something beyond our understanding and knowledge exists in our mental set up since centuries. Most probably the pre-historic man created God due to natural calamities and disasters like earthquakes etc. which were beyond his understanding and grasp. But the presence of concept of God is equally relevant even today. We all have a certain peculiar feeling about something supernatural and beyond out control which prevents us from doing and committing many crimes and wrong works.

If all of us lived on a mountaintop with nothing to do but meditate all day we would not need to remind ourselves of these principles. However, if you’re like me, you go to work, have a job, sit in traffic, and interact with a great variety of people. These interactions can tend to draw us away from reality into a sort of hypnotic state we mistake for reality.

If you want to teach your children of God’s great love for them you would show it differently to each age group. Even at two years of age and younger you portray God’s love by hugging your children and telling them you love them and Jesus loves them too. You plant seeds by telling them about Jesus and the children.
