What is your perception of God? Do you fear God or love God? Let’s take a look at God from a fear based perspective.

We have two eyes through which we assess the world about us. We employ them to watch out for physical pitfalls and to enjoy beauty etc. But we have another eye through which we assess the spiritual world. With my physical eyes, which are directly associated with all things physical, I look at others. I judge, I criticize and I injure. Injury is caused to the other one but more so to my own self. Why is it that I so readily become aware of the weaknesses and shortcomings of others and yet I remain blinded to my own?…

The world is full of noise. Wherever one goes there seems to be chaos and confusion. Horns are honking, kids are screaming, radios are blaring. Who among us does not long for a moment’s peace and quiet? Such a valued and rare commodity is this. We wish to be peaceful, and yet many have resigned themselves to the peaceless cage which imprisons them…

The basis of sorrow is a lack of self respect. I have been taught that my self worth is based on transitory things such as praise, wealth or status etc. Therefore when these things fluctuate so does my self respect…

Why does everyone love angels? They do, don’t they? You do, right? Yes they’re beautiful beings, light and smiling. But why do we hold them in such high regard? Why do we love them so? It’s a simple answer. We all love them, because they love us all. They have no judgment or prejudice of any kind. They help each soul equally, according to the law. We can learn some wonderful lessons from the angels. That one is one of my favorites. Let me repeat it. We all love them, because they first loved us. What can be learned from this?

Spiritually speaking, we are remarkable creations of unlimited potential. We are spiritual beings of great imagination and fortitude, and are all bonded as we embark on this incredible journey called life.
