DEATH, the final reconciler of a life lived either for or against God. The fact of death separates us out from divinity, eternal. We have nothing that compares nor comprehends the fact that we will die; we will all die. We will pass from this life. Even if we didn’t believe in eternity, heaven or the afterlife, we must surely agree that this life is fleeting – it comes and then it goes, as if a candle’s flame whisked away by the wind.

There is great truth that being alone in silence is a worthwhile antidote to overcome the weight of human suffering. We languish in sorrow because outside events unsettle our sense of stability, hence to change external conditions ameliorates the pain.

WHAT is the one thing that could transform our lives for the betterment of truth and understanding? How are we to be made mature in one swift movement? Why are we not brought to spiritual perfection this instant rather than in the celestial realm? When are we to realise the life that lies in wait of our discovery?

THREATENED by the compassionate strength in a new believer, Satan attacks them, making life a misery, when the new believer actually stands on the precipice of God’s gorgeous truth. An experienced believer is cut down by a grief attending that will not let go, and the experienced believer is tempted to give up on life.

Therefore, from the outset it is a series of attacks until we forgive and start identifying (joining) with the right mind.

Islam is “tawhid (oneness)” religion. It is based on approving and accepting the existence, oneness and ownership and dominance of Allah on all the worlds. The provisions of Allah were notified in all of these books. Allah wishes to bring us the highest levels of maturity, raise us to the level of a perfect human and, thus, complete His mercies, with the provisions that were ordered in His books.
