If you are determined to have more peace, happiness and an end to suffering, the key is SURRENDER! Reconnecting with our Higher Self (our True Self) is a sure way to experience more happiness and peace in our lives. One of the most important things we can do to accomplish this is surrender – let go of that which causes us pain, suffering, unhappiness, and limitation.

I write this article in hopes that it will encourage others who deem themselves victims to their circumstances that they have much more power over their situations than they think. By sharing what worked for me perhaps others will discover their own personal freedom.

There are Godly principles that one should live by and have the faith that they will produce good fruit in your life. Be kind, be fair, be loving, be trustworthy, be disciplined, be goal oriented put GOD FIRST, etc.

Most times we allow the wrong things to distract us in this world, solely because we have allowed our FLESH to be the main decision maker for our present and future. What it wants, and how to get what it wants is the main goal, even to the point of compromising yourself on destructive levels.

Perhaps next to finding love, those who enter retirement seek ways to find or to enhance their spirituality. Through religion, meditation, communing with nature, reading great books and inhaling the mystical words of great poets, people discover paths to spirituality. Many believe that the presence of an inner spiritual instinct carries them into a higher plane of existence, a kind of mystical or otherworldly sense of self.

Those who know their God shall be strong and do mighty exploits According to Webster, the word “Exploits” means an act of notable skill, strength, or cleverness I have always asked myself- and I know am not alone- why we, Christians, cannot do the things that the apostles and other great men of God did? I Have heard many reasons such as, “it’s not God’s will” it’s not God’s time”…

Judge people by their actions, not their words. Judge situations and things by history, not knee-jerk reactions. If you have a boss that screams at you, curses you and harasses you, even if he/she hides in sheep’s clothing for a time, it is still a vicious wolf.

Today, there are a lot of religions claiming that they are the truth. They will show signs, miracles and even speaking in tongue in order for them to convince you to join them. Some of them will scare you that if you are not a member in their church, you are already condemned in hell.

The chakras are fundamental energy centers in the body that can be activated and harmonized using several techniques. There are numerous ways to connect with your chakras and their subtle energy. Always follow your intuition in chakra practice and listen cautiously to your inner voice.

Astral Travel is available to anyone that wants the information. It’s a skill we are all born with. It allows us to travel to far off places and times, pass through walls and barriers and explore places we have never otherwise see. All we can do is observe however, we cannot affect our physical world from the astral realms.

The spiritual community is always talking about how our mind and emotions affect our body and how our body has a deep affect on our mind and emotions also. Exercise, breath, good, healthy food and the way we carry our selves has an enormous impact on how we feel and think on a daily basis.

God wants to speak to you. This may seem highly unlikely, but it is so. Anyone can hear from the Creator of the Universe, if they will learn how to listen to Him and how He communicates with us. God has always wanted to communicate with man. It is for this very purpose that He made us. He desired that we have and enjoy intimate fellowship and closeness with Him. He is delighted when we speak to Him and He is allowed to intervene in our daily affairs. Prayer is really inviting God into our lives, circumstances and situations. It is communing with Him. But prayer is us speaking to God. And, just as we would give our family and friends opportunities to speak back to us, even so the Lord wants to share His heart, wisdom and purpose with us as well.
