Greetings in the Light and Love of the Source of All! The following technique from my book, “Healing with the Rainbow Rays”, is a good one for getting all parts of you (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) aligned by utilizing certain color rays of Creation.

Learn how to understand the functions of your very being. You are a three part being of mind, body and spirit and each of these part has a function in your life. The more you understand this the easier your life is. It is worth the read.

Kabbalah explains that there is a purpose to life, called the Thought of Creation. This purpose is for a person to attain the level of the force that created him-the Creator.

Jiddu Krishnamurti, a well known and respected philosopher, once said “if prayer does not work, millions of people wouldn’t do it every day”. This is absolutely true, but of course you don’t necessarily know which prayers are working and how those prayers are being made. The idea of prayer is very common in every religion but has fallen victim to some unfortunate assumptions and scripted readings. When prayer does not work, it is time to evaluate how you are praying.

Not all people believe in angels but at times people claim to see them or feel their presence. Some think of them as superstitious lore, some as legends that are long gone and some are convinced that they walk the earth, guiding and watching over us. It is thought by many that angels are messengers, appearing on earth to protect us or to wreak destruction for those who do wrong. Most of us, however, don’t think of angels as destructive, but as protectors.

Thoughts on mediation, consciousness and centering in the heart shakra. I have done a training in voice healing with Chris James of the School of Sacred Sound. During this training, we were introduced to a meditation technique centered on the gentle breath, shallow and almost imperceptible and the awakening of the heart shakra. This activates a stream of healing power out into the hands, and eventually permeates every other part of one’s being. It brings a sense of calm, quiet and universal love.

Every spiritual journey starts with the precept that all possibilities exist at all times. God’s creation includes spirit where possibilities await discovery and become observable as experience. All that exist is for experience for without experience nothing can be verified. It is through the experience of mankind that all things become reality.

A sanctuary is a consecrated place of refuge and a launching pad. Let me explain what I mean by what I just said. With the hindsight of my eighty plus years, I have a perspective of my life’s journey that is extensive – to say the least. It is a view that is reserved for only those of us who have – through the grace of God visited his Sanctuary and then- been allowed to live such long and interesting lives in his service here on Earth.

There are times when all of us want to give up and are tempted with just throwing in the towel. The main problem is we live in a world that wants instant results. Our entire Western lifestyle is centered around making things as easy, fast, effortless, and painless as possible. When things don’t happen fast enough, we lose hope and stop trying. Here are some powerful suggestions about what to do and what not to do when you feel like giving up on it all.

A person’s belief toward himself has a profound influence on his beliefs toward God, ourselves, our associations, and our world. Our identity is in Christ and our objective is to reproduce His character by the power of His Spirit. Forever Transformed is written in the form of a Psalm. It is a word picture, religious pilgrimage, psalm of praise, and statement of one’s position and significance in Christ.
