The problem with religious freedom is that it has no boundaries. This freedom in some free countries like the United States has often become license to ignore truth. The backlash of this freedom is that nobody can clearly claim to have spiritual authority any longer. The reality is that by picking and choosing what we want while discarding things that make us uncomfortable we end up with a hodge-podge theology.

God’s infinite love isn’t infinitely expressed. There are times when love is wrong. Love has limits and those limits are clearly established. It’s our responsibility to learn the difference between loving liberty and loving license.

You must be an active participant in your spiritual growth and you do that by inquiring into your very existence. This is a fun adventure and the more you know the rules the better you play the game.

Christians are failing to understand not only their bible but how to share the deep simple truths it contains. There is a huge conundrum of biblical understanding. Mature Christians have an obligation to a spiritually dead world that simple cannot be ignored.

God has given us a gift that is beyond understanding or measurement. The gift of Jesus Christ. Jesus came to provide freedom of the fear of death and to wipe away all hindrance to eternal life.

God has placed very clear limits on his love. He is just and justice requires the limitation of loving tolerance. In giving us free will he has allowed each of us to accept or reject his love. There is an ultimate consequence when we go beyond the limits of his love for each of us.

God isn’t complete without our love. Each of us contains a piece of God that must, by it’s very nature, return to him.

There are reasons why we fail. There are steps to take to rebuild that in our lives that has crumbled. Sometimes, God allows us a time out to think about the parts of our life that don’t work. When the time is right he invites us to step up to the plate and take another swing at life.

Thanksgiving is more than just being grateful. Thanksgiving can flow out of our lives and be so powerful that it blesses those around us. God’s response to thanksgiving can be so powerful that it shakes the earth. Thanksgiving is one of the most powerful weapons in existence!

Worship is a privilege provided at great expense to God. It’s a universal shock that spawned a brand new thing of beauty. Worship brings about the expression of God’s will in our life. Worship is the ultimate freedom of expression.

We all face struggles and trials in our lives. Hope is the foundation that allows us to work through these times of grief and acceptance. There is a reason for trials and problems. It builds character and hope.
