As I write this, I am sitting on a friend’s wide and open porch in the Berkshires. In the distance, I can hear Del’s chain saw as he works at a client’s home revealing their view. Their home sits on a hill surrounded by trees.

Christmas is about love, not giving gifts, but real unrequited accepting love for each other. That was the main or primary message God wanted us to cherish as he really did not care a whit about sacrifice as long as we were living breathing examples of his love. Many of us have a habit of talking about knocking on the door of love without ever actually walking all the way through when it opens. We may have anxiety about being able to buy and deliver gifts to loved ones and friends but Christmas allows us the blessings of magical memories. The best part is that they shall last to eternity; i.e. if we embrace the opportunity; this season embrace it like never before. Flowers waltz all year long in every breeze whether warm, cool or even very cold but one thing they will do is shower the air with their fragrant scents.

What is the best way to accelerate your journey towards enlightenment? The answer is more simple than you may think, but not necessarily welcome or easy.

There are many people who are drawing large numbers of followers, propagating that the world is changing and that the ‘energies’ are now different as humanity enters a realm of heightened awareness. They claim that this new period has changed the process of spiritual development such that a person can skip many levels of the process of development and go from totally unenlightened to full enlightenment instantly. There are people who follow a concept of non-duality. Some claim that all you have to do is realize that you are not separate and you will be enlightened, it is that simple. This of course is very attractive to people who want enlightenment without the time and effort.

Bible Humility is not the degradation of self, but rather the recognition and acknowledgment of God and of our need for Him. Humility is not the belittling of ourselves to a state of insignificance and no value. Nor is it the acceptance of a life of poverty, penance and utter sorrow and sadness. Even though many people may think of humility as becoming weak, unworthy, and valueless, real BIBLE HUMILITY is a powerful spiritual force, which when unleashed, can bring a person into a place of purpose, vision, power and yes, even wealth. God’s desire for man has never included a life of poverty, depression and despair. He does not get glory when we are treading like beggars, suffering needlessly as if our Almighty God and Father cannot take care of His own. What then is true BIBLICAL HUMILITY?

Often, for those of us that are single, falling in love is one of our primary focal points. We spend hours every week thinking or planning on how we are going to meet Mr. or Mrs. Right. Of course there are those time where we tend to feel as though love is out of reach, that it will never happen to us and we will be alone for the rest of our lives. In truth, finding love begins with our state of mind.

Our heart belongs to you. From the side of spirit, there is a love that transcends all else. It is for you to embrace, to have and to use. Those on the Golden Side want you to feel their comfort, as well as to know you are admired and adored in a myriad of ways. This is not a seasonal occurrence, but one that is ongoing each and every day.

It would be much like Nirvana, or perhaps the Garden of Eden. Perfection in the universe does exist, although the many in mankind have destroyed the ease of this to take place, and continue to do so. Whenever you cede power to someone who thinks they know how to run your life, then you are telling the universe you are not worth their effort either. Responsibility is an important factor in living the good life. Unless you are a child, or physically challenged in some way, no one else has to lead you anywhere. This is a special time for many people. It is also a time when many others are emotionally hurting. Spirit and a plethora of angels are doing their best to guide and protect you.

The chore of staying positive amongst a sea of negative people may seem like a daunting task. It really isn’t. It is all about yourself maintaining composure and recognizing that those who choose to be downtrodden and unhappy do not have power over you. Your only responsibility is to believe in the pattern of optimism that Spirit so frequently talks about. This might be one of the only times we tell you to have pity on someone, because those who stay in a negative mode are missing out on the intense joys of the world.

You are the leader of the world you want to create for yourself. Allow the energy of your vocal abilities to speak in tones and volumes that will be understood by the masses. You can change whatever you want. Each day is a chance for you to speak from the pulpit. In actuality, all we are suggesting is that you live your life by example.
