With so much talk about the Law of Attraction in the past few years, it’s easy to think that all I have to do to create the life I want is just think and believe it. Many people start to become frustrated with themselves and the people around them because they think they are doing everything they can to manifest and visualize what they want – but still nothing happens!

The pull of faith is much more powerful than any of us readily realise. It’s the search lifelong for something that is bound not to be found – in the ultimate sense – in this lifetime. It’s a destiny beyond the shores of our present reality – without means of getting there beyond death itself. And, yet, it is this life that delivers us that one.

There are matters where human mind is too curious to find the answers. Since the beginning of life man has wondered what happens after death. Imagination takes flight and flies into the myriad of subjects beyond the highest mental experience and comprehension. Myths and stories are composed to satisfy the quest for the unknown. The questions remain unanswered but the quest never dies.

Abortion is one of those controversial subjects that most people have an opinion about. Either they would or they wouldn’t. But it’s not until you find yourself in the unfortunate situation where you have to decide, where you have to take your current situation and make a decision.

As Jesus raised the dead in his life, and as we’re raised from the dead in our lives, God’s business is raising people to life. God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Peace is defined as a state of tranquility or quiet; harmony in personal relations. How do you define peace? What gives you peace? There is only one TRUE source of peace and His name is JESUS.

Unless you are a drama student you don’t study William Shakespeare here in America. Most of us need a “No Fear” rendition of Shakespeare made easy to understand his plays. What little I know is from a dear British actor friend who grew up learning them at school in England. Nevertheless, I’m inclined to believe Mr. Shakespeare was on to something 400 years ago, and that something was and is the impermanence of everything on this earth.

As I set this morning on my deck overlooking a great patch of trees and eating breakfast I started to think about spiritual growth and what it really means for people. For a child a day seems like an eternity, but later on they pass quickly and we can’t even remember the last time that time stood still for us. In a society built by corporations and promoting materialism no one really likes to speak about the elephant in the room which is spiritual growth.

Once, a friend who is a lightworker, was confronted by an aggressive drunk on a desolate train platform at night. The man said to him: ‘we are alone on this platform and I am going to teach you a lesson.’ The drunk got ready to start punching him. Quick as a flash, my friend used his imagination to bathe the drunk in white light. Then the most incredible and unexpected thing happened. The aggressive man, started to cover his eyes and cry. By visualising him in light, my friend had touched his soul. Hence the reaction. When we touch someone’s soul, we touch their true essence.

Jesus is the light of the world so why do you think you don’t have to be connected to Him and not be dealing in darkness? Who is your source of direction and guidance?
