Her objective was that others would see Christ and not focus on her and what she was wearing.

Deuteronomy 8:18 sates, “But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” How do we remember the Lord? We remember His word. His word is the only way that he can prosper us. Isaiah 55: 11 states, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
