So how can we finally grasp this oneness thing and be free from all illusion – live in total harmony – peace and balance? Reaching oneness, why?

If humanity was soon to disappear, so too would any significance that we have attached to so many of our earthly creations. Hierarchal frames of reference for distinguishing between people would be of absolutely no use. This would include ethnic back-ground or cultural divisions, language barriers, and differences in skin color, hair texture, or religious doctrine.

The deal is not necessarily to embrace our personal drama, be it large or small. It’s not really about understanding what happened. It’s about facing the moment squarely. It’s about breathing with intent and staying present, self-aware and awake, in the moment that is under our feet. Yup, ‘that’ moment, and that’s because ‘that’ moment under our feet is the only moment we can ever shape from the inside/out. Think about it.

Each day comes with its own unique blessing and we can harness these blessing when we cultivate the right attitude. You cannot wake up early in the morning and start the day with complaint, and expect that day to be glorious. What we say concerning any particular day eventually determines how the day turns out to be.

Irrespective of the country or background you come from, the meaning of life is definitely one of the hardest answers to find. People accomplish every materialistic luxury they may use and yet they don’t feel the contentment needed for complete peace of mind.

The illusion is that you are a single drop of the ocean, when really you are the entire ocean. You are or should be deeply connected with everything! Every single drop of the ocean has the same divine qualities as the whole of the ocean and these same divine qualities are found within you.

Compassion-when our heart goes out to another living being in distress. Supposing that being is our self, is it as easy to give compassion and forgiveness to our self as it would be to another person? We make mistakes and errors of judgement and sometimes those mistakes and errors have very severe consequences for others than our self; we are judged and derided, and often punished. Whilst those that have suffered because of our mistake can shout and show their anger, often refusing to accept an apology if it is attempted, we the perpetrator have to accept our pain, and maybe shame.

Within each of us is resides the “still small voice” which yearns to be heard, to be listened to, to be honored. Within each of us is the Spark of Divinity, the flame of that which is Divine within our very Soul. Inner peace is quieting the noise in your mind, the swirl of emotions in your heart space, the seeming chaos around you.
