Sometimes we experience something and it is so profound it takes years before we totally understand it, it can take years for the mind to totally comprehend everything that has transpired so knowledge comes in bits and pieces until the pieces of the puzzle all come together. Several years ago, during my first visit to Sedona Arizona, I had a UFO, out of body experience, at Bell Rock. As I drove past the rock, I felt compelled to stop and spend some time.

One can respond to a situation assertively, passively, aggressively and in other ways. Each type of response to challenging events can be positive or negative, helpful or unhelpful, according to the specific circumstances. One can feel less confused if one finds some sort of lesson or meaning in adversity. Seeing a way forward through these testing times can give hope and a sense of equilibrium.

Nothing rocks us to the core more than losing a true love. They have transcended ‘beyond the bend of our perceptions’ becoming at One with it All, while we remain in this ‘here and now’… Wondering thru the grief. All my life my mom vocalized her longing to be a grandma… On that faithful day when I called her with the news that should have made her dreams come true… She had to interrupt with the cold hard facts that she was passing soon. Back then I still held on to a comforting belief that since my mom really liked gardens, she would spend a long part of eternity enjoying the most beautiful garden in the ‘kosmos’… These days, after two more decades of spiritual contemplation of ‘such things’… I have come to realize that these innocent naïve beliefs were nothing more than projecting comforting fantasies. All the reasonable ‘non-duel’ unified conscious spiritual traditions point toward a Bliss beyond measure which awaits our ‘essential eternal ‘Self’ after transcending this life. Read these insights for a deeper understanding that will help alleviate the pain and suffering of missing our loved ones with the realization that Everything is Always Already Alright.

There are few things in this society that are free. Oh wait, that isn’t true. There is a great abundance of things that are free. A simple smile is one of them. No matter what is going on in your life, smile at those that you can. Try smiling about your situation. It might not even be appropriate but smile anyway. Realize that this great experience you are in is that you can smile about the smile. Fix that smile and let it shine in this beautiful world of ours.

The argument against the existence of evil goes something like this: Evil is an adjective, not a noun. People can be evil, but evil energy doesn’t exist outside of humans who perform evil acts. It reads like something from a “how to strictly adhere to modern scientific thought” manual that discounts everything you can’t touch or see.

Conventional scientists say that identical twins are the result of a fertilized egg in the womb that splits into equal parts, thus two identical humans. Modern astrologers claim that twins, or strangers born around the same time in the same place, have similar charts. But if you’ve ever known more than a few sets of identical twins, you know that even though they look similar, their personalities and lives can be quite different.

I’ve always been a strong believer in visions boards, in fact, I still use them today. However, I’ve come to realize from my experience, and other people’s experiences, that they don’t always seem to work. Why is that?
