Trust in God to See You Through
God can make a way out of no way. There are times in life when we hit a dead end and feel as though we are out of options. We’ve been brought low by fate or circumstance or even by our own wrong choices and we feel like we just can’t go on.
How can we shift our souls out of the comfort zone? Through facing fears. The way to shift through a fear is to feel the fear and take action anyway. The fear is often of the fear itself rather than of the actual situation at the moment…
Live With Situations As They Really Are and Not As We Would Like Them to Be – A Profound LessonWhen John pens his first letter to the Church of Jesus Christ, he is found to be writing to a very specific situation in the Church of Jesus Christ at a very dangerous time, when misleading deceptive teaching was creeping in. As a leader John spoke out clearly and directly, and that is much needed in these perilous times, spiritually, morally, ethically and economically. John dealt with issues before they became too serious and that is always wise. When something crops up, it is good to ask, Where does it come from? How does it affect me? Where will it lead me?
Happiness is Finding the Lost Sheep, But Are You One of Them?We have heard stories like these for years, biblical scholars, pastors and other Christian leaders, even my Sunday school teacher could explain most of the parables as they were taught. These teachers of course were taught by their teachers and who knows how long the meaning of these stories have remained the same. Meaning to the parables could have easily changed over the centuries.
Past Life EnergyYou would think the amount of time I spend doing past life readings and teaching about it, I would be able to recognize when one comes up for me. When I released all the energy of the past life with Alan, I thought; “That’s it then, hopefully, I am finished now.” What a fool I was to think that. It was a Friday morning a few weeks ago. They had started dismantling an old bridge over the creek which is at the bottom of our garden and flows down under this old wooden bridge.
Can I not anymore behold the light of the sun and the stars, meditate on the noblest truths? Am I a stranger robbed of fortune and without friends? I am afraid of changes, I am uneasy with the passing of time… I am getting old.

Harnessing the Power of Prayer – You Can Easily Do it TooThink back to when your parents were dragging you off early on Sunday morning to go to church. Did they teach you how to pray at Sunday school, how about youth group? Did the minister ever give a sermon on how we can pray or how we can talk to God? Didn’t happen at any church I attended during my youth, and it doesn’t happen at many churches now.
Remember the Golden Rule?He didn’t retaliate. When others mocked Him, He was silent. When others spat in His face, He kept His cool. When they beat Him, He stood quietly and took it. He didn’t have to get the last word in. Instead, He held His tongue. Then, after they hung Him on a splintery old cross to be ridiculed, publicly humiliated, tortured and killed, He forgave. And, by so doing, He overcame.
Overcome AnxietyIf you will REALLY take your problems, your needs, your cares, your concerns to God ask Him for His help and guidance, and THEN follow up by thanking Him for taking care of you, you will experience His peace. He will flood you with a peace that is indescribable.
Trust God to Take the Giants DownBut, in reality, David did get it. He looked beyond the giant and saw God. He knew Who he believed in and no matter how big, how scary, how mean, how massive, the enemy was, God was bigger. David focused on what we oftentimes, fail to see. He focused on the solution to the problem, rather than on the problem itself. He trusted God.
The Reality of RedemptionRedemption: Deliverance by payment of a price. He met the Adversary in his own kingdom and stripped him of his authority, and took from him the dominion that he had over the world. When Jesus arose from the dead, He arose, not only because He had put sin away, but also because He had, as a substitute conquered Satan.
