Today I was watching a TV program I had recorded a while ago. It was Richard Dawkins’ The Genius of Charles Darwin.

You can advance your spirituality only if you keep practicing with your strong beliefs in spirituality and the truth. If you keep doing right things, you shall be fully spiritually awakened. We recommend you to follow the three steps of practice. The three steps have been used as the best process to advance your spirituality. Detoxification of your body is important to improve your spirituality. However, detoxifications must be carefully conducted. For example, excess intakes of water everyday for detoxification purpose may damage your brain permanently because of shortage of sodium. Reducing eating amount, eating healthy foods, exercising, and sleeping well are the best ways to detoxify yourself. However, if you are healthy, you may try a weekend fasting for the intensive detoxification. The weekend fasting is the most convenient way for the intensive detoxification since you can do it in you house during the weekend. *If you are taking medications which need intakes of foods, do not try fasting!
