How many times have you felt as though you were saturated with life-situation drama and simply wanted to take a break from it all? With so many influences in our life coming from outside sources it’s difficult for most people to believe there is a place to go to eliminate thinking about it all.

Over these past few weeks I have been reading and studying the book of Hebrews in the New Testament part of the Bible and Chapter 6 is a rich vein of Scripture. Do take time to read it and be open to its benefits and blessings and rewards.

When we serve in the Kingdom of God and when we lead in the Church of Jesus Christ and when we give of our time and talents and abilities, all this should be as a result of what we have received from and through Jesus Christ. As we are faithful to those in need around us in the fellowship, God takes note. He notices, and when we are in need, this is how He in turn will deal with us.

God knows the end from the beginning. To me this is one of the most powerful, amazing and divine attribute of God. His Omniscient nature very well sets him apart as the supreme Alpha and the Omega.

There is a heavenly gift and it is real and on offer to all who are open and willing to receive it. If man rejects God, there is nothing more. If you have tasted something of these five experiences in Hebrews Chapter 6 and turn your back on the Holy Spirit and reject Jesus and refuse His Word, there is nothing more God can do with you. When we have had every opportunity, if all we have is thorns and thistles, we are in great danger. God is looking for fruit from lives upon which He has poured the Holy Spirit.
