When our founding fathers started our great country, it was based on the tenet that all men are equal, regardless of their religion or creed. This is something we all outwardly want; nobody wants someone else to tell them what to believe. The problem is that there are way too many of us who have no problem telling others what they should believe. I believe this is called hypocrisy.

This article is about a woman in the New Testament who was caught in adultery and brought before Jesus. Jesus was gracious, showed mercy and compassion, and we are offered the same grace.

Most of us as adults pick up wounds to the soul as we journey through life. We may be wounded by words spoken to us, by incidents that have occurred during our life causing us to be fearful or withdraw or just vow never to do again, by people inflicting pain or hurt upon us, or by accidents. Because we live in a fallen, sinful world, it is almost inevitable that somewhere in our life, we will receive wounds from others.

Finding out what your dreams mean can be a great way for you to understand how this affects your life and the things that happen in it. There are many meaning when it comes to dreams and you may find that your dreams are trying to tell you something. You should dig deeper into the meaning so that you can understand why you dream about certain things.

Most of us desire to have perfect health, but few really understand what comprises of perfect health. Some spend a lot of time working on their health through watching what they eat, working out very hard, and whatever else they do. However, experience has proven something to me.

Fashion faux pas – there are entire websites dedicated to displaying the shame of those who commit them. One of the classics is the adult who dresses in the fads of the young for far too long. Are churches committing the same mistake when they adopt current fashions in contemporary music?

At first I looked curiously into the idea of reincarnation. I felt undeniably drawn to it. It felt like a natural urge I had to satisfy even if it was brief and uninspiring. The more I channeled where I had come from, the more I seemed to discover who I was. It was thrilling!

Faith is a derivative of conviction and the conditions of conviction are based firmly on your experience. If no one has ever given you a slap, you would be hard put to accept that it could be painful. Do we thus wait until we have experienced the Almighty before we accept His existence or do we look through his creation and in experiencing the laws he has embedded in them do we then have faith?

Finding out that God’s name (Yahweh) is encoded in our very DNA and that Laminin (the glue that holds our cells together) is in the shape of a cross, is wonderful confirmation of our faith… A census was taken back in 2000 and was believed to be the most accurate census to date. It tells us that there’s 6.2 Billion people on the planet. Of that 6.2 billion, over 95% believe in a higher power. Half of that 95% call that higher power God.

I would like to introduce the idea that for most of us, our inner lives are not solid, not built on the solid rock, but this is what Jesus offers us, Himself as the rock and Himself as our firm foundation. What are our foundations built on? If they are NOT built on the truth, on what Jesus says about us, then we have built our foundations and our house, on shaky ground.

From my experience while traveling the path of spiritual growth, I can confidently say that once you begin in earnest to seek a deeper understanding of yourself, as well as the nature of existence itself, it’s impossible to turn back. The more you open your mind to new ideas and concepts, the more you will want to explore. There is no way around it; it actually gets into your blood.
