This was not an easy situation. Many are experiencing this type of suffering in various parts of our world today. For some years I have been involved with those in the front line of ministering to those who are persecuted. This was real and it is real. It has not gone away.

There is a saying that there are no atheists in a fox hole. As someone who has experienced combat I can attest to the truth of this statement.

When someone asks you to pray for them, consider taking the time to pray for them at that very moment rather than waiting until later on in the day or forgetting about it completely. Prayer is the strongest tool that can break any obstacles within person’s life. Therefore do not make a promise to pray for someone if you know you are unable to find time within your schedule to do it as your prayer in most cases may be too late.

I remember a few words someone told me before my departure that stayed with me during the entire trip. Simple statements and simple conclusions that helped me immensely while they seemed to be so obvious… I also remember powerful words in very serious moments. Words that made me accept a challenge, comprehend an enigma, acquire courage and decide to proceed. Words that made me indeed think and realize. I felt wise!

Can you imagine your life if you lived in balance with the spiritual aspect of your being? Allowing your spirit to be part of your decision making process opens your life to an infinite variety of possibilities.

There are moments in your life where God puts the perfect words in your mouth for that moment in time. If I never say another thing in my life, I will always remember that on this day I said something right.

A longing for community is natural. We want acceptance, inclusion, trust, respect and attention. We want to be able to count on open minds, open hearts and open arms welcoming us. And, for many, it sounds too ideal to be available. For those who believe it is possible, it is a homecoming. Community is created and it begins within.

Hell is a real place that people who don’t accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. I have been to hell and it’s not a pretty place to go. If you go to hell, you cannot get out. God allow me to go there so that I can warn you that hell is a real place. I didn’t make this up. It actually happened.

As believers, we are commanded by God to be holy because He is holy. If you are living a double lifestyle, you are stopping the God from blessing you. You can’t have two masters. You must either choose to serve God or serve Satan. The choice is yours!
