Here we are at the start of another year. Time is just speeding along. We are all marching and I want to know where to? There is a divided camp on earth. Are we headed for a 1,000 years of peace or are we headed toward destruction? At the moment I’m working on healing my adrenals as I have adrenal fatigue. I’m taking sea salt in water and lots of herbs and supplements and taking time out to get totally horizontal. Aside from the ongoing earthquakes where I live which hasn’t helped, and turning 50 in a few days, I’m slowly starting to wind down and can start to see just how much stress I have been under for quite some time.

What are the things that annoy you about other people? Is it when they don’t acknowledge you? Or when they ignore you? Don’t take your advice? Or when they don’t respect you by talking back to you? Or when they act like they don’t trust or believe you?

In order to attain this sort of grace in life, one needs balance. You could almost say that this should be the objective of any single individual while on this earth, to achieve balance.
