Finding God in Our Midsts
Encountering GOD in our daily lives may be seen a great and awesome challenge. Many people wait to encounter God on his day, Sunday. Others wait for the Holidays (or Holy Days–traditional root of the word holiday).
Lord, Shall We Smite With the Sword? There are times in our lives when we get so mad we want to “smite with the sword.” There are religions that encourage this. There are others who even go so far as to command such an action. This question was asked of Jesus when people came to arrest Him in the Garden of Gethsemane. Jesus said, “No!” He said, “all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.” He could have chosen the sword. He could have freed His people, the Jews, by overrunning the Roman Empire and setting up His earthly kingdom at that time.

They tell what went wrong with our world and how it can be fixed.
How to Experience Pure ContentmentOne of the most common questions I am asked is how can a person attain the same state of balance and contentment that I have. People also often ask about becoming enlightened, Satori, Samadhi and such states, dreaming and hoping to reach the experiences they read about in stories, yet can never fathom. This article is meant to explain how I have achieved my state of being and set the record straight about enlightenment, what it is and how it is achieved, in hope that by correcting a false image, the seeker may attain a real experience.
Of Wheat and ChaffGod’s joy for us is hard to capture in words. But He does so love the world that He came to us in the flesh to teach, heal, redeem and offer salvation. In fact, it is my belief that Luke 3:6 reflects this love very well: “And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.” There is much support for the idea that He will one day bring home ALL His children – whoever they are.
